The deal: A borrower was looking to refinance and pay off a bank note, but was unable to obtain traditional financing because of past credit issue. The broker came to APEX with the deal, and we were able to learn about how they had worked to improve their financial situation. APEX was able to provide the borrower with the necessary funds.
