These famous lines were said by Richard Branson who was the former CEO of Virgin mobiles. Whenever I read these lines said by Mr. Brandson my neurons will connect to my thoughts and raise questions like what/why/how about entrepreneurship and why it is so important in the current world? Does learning about it help me to improve my skill set? Does it help to find me? I still remember I heard these word entrepreneurship when I was studying in my 9th grade and about entrepreneurship, it was in the last chapter of social science subjects. In that chapter, there were only 2 things one is the definition of entrepreneurship by henry ford and pictures of Bill gates who is the CEO of Microsoft, Steve jobs who is the founder of apple, and Kiran mouzadar sha CEO of Bicorn that’s it nothing much. There is no importance for the internship for growing minds. But I did not stop from that day I stare learn about entrepreneurship and how it improved my skill set and all other skills. So first I would like to start from entrepreneurship

What and Why Entrepreneurship?

There are a lot of large definitions for entrepreneurship According to Jack maa founder of Alibaba says “A successful entrepreneur sees an opportunity, believes in his idea and is prepared to take the risk, has a wonderful team and family to support him, and can combine all of the aspects of the Business Models to turn his idea into a viable business”. This definition is true but according to my definition of entrepreneurship is “JUST START”. These might be wearied there a lot of defined definition for entrepreneurship what do you mean by “JUST START”?

So according to me “Just Start “means:

Just start thinking of an idea?

Just start thinking of which domain you planning to start the business?

Just start to build backend process of business?

Just start how to start working?

So, all you need to “Just start “because entrepreneurship is not a subject like science or maths which is like already some as identity or invented something so you went study about it no it’s not like that it’s about you are creativity, idea, innovations, and thoughts which are created by your neurons and pass messages to your thoughts.

Nowadays entrepreneurship is required to solve the loopholes in the industry as well as social and further going it will be explained.

Being an entrepreneur………

According to (JUANA) An entrepreneur is a pioneer, a risk-taker, and a motivator. Someone who starts something new, whether it's a project, a business, or a corporation. He or she is the start (and, in certain cases, the finish) of a business, project, or activity. The entrepreneur may not be the one who comes up with the idea, but he or she is the one who decides to make it a reality. In general, the entrepreneur is the one who converts his ideas to innovations and brings them to reality.?some of the important characteristics of an entrepreneur are:

An entrepreneur is self-motivated and has the spirit to create and innovate the business.

Entrepreneurs can perceive opportunities where others don't.

Before to making any decision, an entrepreneur always considers the future. Rather than little short-term benefits, he bases all of his actions on a large long-term gain.

Entrepreneurs chose this job because they have an adventurous mindset that encourages them to risk a lot to make a lot of money.

Optimism and positivity assist the entrepreneur in moving on in his high-risk, high-obstruction route.

Entrepreneurship entails greater risk-taking than average, which frequently leads to failure and losses. In exchange for success, an entrepreneur takes risks.

Entrepreneurs are adaptable enough to attempt to complete the majority of jobs. They are also adaptable, allowing them to pivot and adjust their objectives as needed.???

Entrepreneurs must make difficult decisions rapidly that will affect their own and their company's fate. Their decisions affect all workers, employees, and other stakeholders. As a result, they can't afford to be unsure.??

Entrepreneurs will need the willpower to work hard and persevere even when things aren't going well. Running a business is difficult, so anyone who quits at the first indication of difficulty is unlikely to succeed.

One of the most important abilities and characteristics of an entrepreneur is the ability to make quick decisions. This attribute also determines whether a company will prosper or fail. A successful entrepreneur not only has excellent decision-making abilities but also understands how to put those decisions into action in the most effective way to achieve their goals. Furthermore, it is critical to recognize that rapid decision-making should be based on facts and the actual state of the organization. Any decision involving a change in the company's operating pattern will have a significant impact on productivity. As a result, it's critical for a leader to make not only swift decisions but also real-time tactics.

To be a successful entrepreneur, you must be able to connect with others and see changes for collaboration. Meeting new individuals could help you gain access to resources or knowledge that your company needs. It enables you to learn from other people's successes, promote your services or products, and meet new people.

These are some of the main charsets of entrepreneurs. According to me, everyone is an entrepreneur in some or another way. Some people get to succeed in it by giving time to thinking about their ideas but other people just think about the idea and skip it. So, if their idea it should be brought to reality through some business models and other things above as I said for being an entrepreneur or if you want to get entrepreneurship domain “JUST START”.?

?“Why Does the current education system are not giving importance to entrepreneurship”

The current education system is just saying mug up the book or subject. Yes, it is true. The current education system is busy converting students into machines. There is a bitter truth that should be accepted. Nowadays the children who are too pressured are forced to learn coding online from their parents by doing this their parents or teachers might think we producing the next bill gates or Steve jobs but honestly speaking they are killing the child’s creativity and idea which both are interrelated to entrepreneurship. Every homespun is very unique and they are thinking style is unique. This Uniqueness is the main key to opening the door of entrepreneurship in a Homosapien or a child’s life. The current education system is like?

“Education is for examination”

“Examination is for employment “

“Employment is for enjoyment “

They educate the students for exams. the students will write exams for employment and after that employment is for enjoyment. But there is no creativity and not helping students to think out of Box. If there is the Situation how can entrepreneur or entrepreneurship thought will rise in students or youth? Who is so-called the “Feature or strength of any country?”. In Most of the schools, I have seen they conduct like science exhibitions, Maths Olympiad, etc. But till today in my life, I have never seen a single school conducting any Business exhibitions or anything related to entrepreneurship.?

Why I am stressing these much is because at age 10 or 12 a homespun brain can think ideas 10 times better than adolescent age or teenage age. So, the school should start innating about entrepreneurship as a subject because entrepreneurship is required in every field for example if a student wants to be a doctor the entrepreneurship study helps him how to build a team, how to maintain finance, research and overall as I said how to start a hospital. There is the same manner for every professional. The current education can give more importance to entrepreneurship which helps students to improve their soft skills, improve and edit their idea, and Creativity. It can conduct some workshops related to SDG goals of UNO for understanding students the concept of entrepreneurship and guide the students in a way that students can think out of the box and improve themselves.

“Why does the country or Society want entrepreneur or entrepreneurship Subject?”

Any country in the world it might be UK, India, USA, Canada, Austria their main motivate is improved their country economy. The economy of a country is one main parameter to decide whether a country is developed or developing or underdeveloped. For the development of the economy, there are a lot of factors to measure in that one main factor is “Is the country can solve its social or social problems?”.?

According to (Joel) The term "social problem" is commonly used to describe societal problems that disturb or harm society, such as crime, racism, and so on. Many institutions offer a course called "Social Problems," which explores what is known about a variety of conditions that are classified as social problems.?

Some of the examples of social problems are Unemployment, poverty, lack of education, Homeless, etc.?

In these entrepreneurship helps to solve the maximum social problems. In other terms, an entrepreneur is the one who creates new business and new venture which makes a profit which directly helps to improve the country’s GDP which is the one main parameter factor of a Developed economy. On the other hand, by creating a new venture or business helps to provide employment opportunities and reduces unemployment which main factor which can improve the standard of living of people who are living in the country. Creating new ventures can also open the expansion of business outside the country. These all-social problems are interrelated for example Poverty is one of the social problems we can solve poverty by providing employment and employment can be given by creating new business. So, the government should start some boot camp or workshops related to entrepreneurship subject because at that time students and youths get inspired and creative idea and they start working on them. One of the best examples of such a workshop or boot camp the recent “DUBAI EXPO” in Dubai. These expos attracted lot of students, and youths, and they got inspired and started they are own ventures. These are the reason why entrepreneurship is so important for the development of an economy or a country.

How Enterprise creation subject helped me to improve my entrepreneurship skills

The Enterprise creation module helped me to understand the context of entrepreneurship for the roots. each and every week it was very much in treating. This course will help develop a critical understanding of entrepreneurship in the context of starting a new business. Learners will use business model theory to design, present, and critically evaluate new business concepts while applying entrepreneurship principles and practices. It started different types of innovation like radical and incremental then about value, brand, vision and much more. The module helped me understand the core concept of entrepreneurship. it helped me to analyse the principles of entrepreneurship and help to analyse the challenges of enterprise creation. This module also related to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. These helped me understand all the goals and create a sustainable enterprise. It also helped me understand how to make a business model and how to write a business plan. These subjects helped me to research on market trends and technology which is very necessary to set a new venture or the product and also there were weekly workshops/tutorials are designed to give you opportunities to work in groups and seek help and guidance as you set up your firm and prepare your written business plan and team presentation. Overall Enterprise creation helped me a lot regarding understand the enterprise domain form the roots.

“Teamwork Project and Presentation which help to build the confidence “?

So, coming for participation we all were divided into teams in which we should work on SDG goals and come up with our new product. This was one of the best parts to learn and exchange the thoughts and ideas of our view on entrepreneurship between our classmates. For me, it really helped me in how to work in a team how to make market research, how to begin a product, how to maintain financial of the company how to build the strategy and everything while we were working on the product we had a really good time and it also helped to maintain good hold on the subject because what I believe entrepreneurship is more into practical as Steve Jobs once said in his speech “Two heads are better than one head” we can get new ideas and evaluation of the product. The final day came to present our product “Tava milk powder” in Dragon cell. We all team players promised one thing to each other “No matter what in that 15 mins lets be like we are heads of the company and talking to an investor and let’s make investors to invest in our product “These lines gave us spirit and we all present out product well. In my undergrad and I have done a lot of presentation but this presentation helped to find myself to do my best so I would like to thank you both the lectures.

“How is Robert Gordon university helping and inspiring Young Entrepreneurs?”

Robert Jordan university is helping and supporting their best for students who are interested in the entrepreneurship domain by conducting some seminars, workshops on the corporate industry. At RGU there Business and Innovation station which motivates and supports the students who have a plan for their start-up. The Business and Innovation station conducts some seminars and workshops on entrepreneurship and start-ups from the people who are in the high position in the top multinational company.?These things gave path to design my start-up. The Business and Innovation guided me from the starch to improve my stay up. The team is supporting me to make my dream start-up come true. I still remember when I had an appointment first-time to meet one of the team members, he said only one quote “Life is about creating and finding so always stay foolish and before stating anything spell these three magical words that I DON’T KNOW “. These always motivate me in my day-to-day activities. The Business and Innovation conducts an RGU acceleration program or competition where they give us a platform to propose our plan to investors for the fund for our business. So overall RGU is supporting and guiding all the young entrepreneurs.

Conclusion?

The Study of entrepreneurship is required in every domain and it should make compulsory for every student because it’s going help them to improve their Analytical thinking, critical thinking and they will get to know about the market in which they are going to start their venture. The module enterprise creation as I said helped me to understand the core concepts of entrepreneurship how to research and understand the business. At last, according to me, Entrepreneurs is a subject where we can learn theory with practical which can help to improve our capability?
