Just Be Different, And That Means "BE YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF"

Hey, my friend,

So for the past few months, I did something different for myself.

Late last year, I felt I was getting overwhelmed and just needed a break, especially from the online space.

It seems I was letting everything I see get to me and I began to question my capabilities.

So it seemed I was hard on myself because I wanted to be seen as well.

I decided to take some time off and breathe.

During that time, I decided to make some changes to the way I show up.

I didn’t want to show up every day. That will be draining.

I decided to focus on just giving my consistent time to share my stories and knowledge two days a week.

And that has been working for me.

During that time as well, I focused on a course I got and gave it my ultimate time.

What I was learning became one of my key goals for this year.

Now, it’s not about showing up every day.

It’s about being consistent and as well being yourself to avoid BURNOUT

Here are a few tips that helped me and would also help you stay afloat and keep being yourself on this journey


? Don’t struggle to become someone else:

A lot of people are doing well in their different fields. Some have honed their skills years before now and it seems they are taking the spotlight.

Yes, they deserve it because they put in their time.

And you don’t have to be like them. You can learn from them and apply it to yourself.

Give yourself time to grow while learning.

As you show up, be your gentle self

?

? Create time for yourself:

People who create time for themselves won’t always be complaining about burnout or get pressured often.

Give yourself time to break out and relax.

You need it to stay on top of your game.

During this time, you can as well refill your tank. This is because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

As you give yourself time to relax or get in tune with nature,

Give your brain some energy dose.

This will help you as well whether as a creator or business owner.

? Cultivate habits that will help you personally or professionally:

As you try to become better in anything you do, cultivate habits that will help you achieve that.

You can start with your daily routine.

Don’t drink tea because another person takes tea in the morning. It might not be good for your system in the morning.

Go for what you find comfortable taking and which your body accepts.

If journaling works for you every morning, go for it. Make it a daily routine.

If writing helps you express your thoughts or share your knowledge, you can use that to impact others daily if it works for you.

If it's reading, designing or drawing, go for it

If it’s what would help you improve yourself daily or your business, your goal is to find it and do it every single day.

Just find that thing that works for you and would help you become a better person, improve your career and churn out great results without becoming someone you are not.
