I'm pleased to announce the recent sale of 1540 W. Fullerton Avenue, a newer construction property in Chicago's Lincoln Park Neighborhood. After a proactive marketing effort that produced multiple written offers, the property closed for $10,635,000. Congrats to my Interra colleagues Jeremy Morton and Ted Stratman for a job well done representing the buyer.
