Just because you’ve “tried everything” to lose weight doesn’t mean your problem isn’t fixable, or that you’re broken.
I hate to break it to you, but you’re not that unique.
To your advantage, there’s probably also nothing broken with you.
People are never “broken”.
Systems are.
If your brain can be wired into a deep habit of losing weight and gaining it back, then that’s proof that your brain has the power to form long-term habits.
In fact, you already are, just not for the habit you’re looking for.
When I speak with businessmen in their 40’s and 50’s about their weight loss, energy and sex drive, it’s clear that the actual problem is quite different from what they thought the problem was.
Yet because of these thoughts, they unknowingly immerse themselves in mismatched solutions that were never going to work.
Thoughts create emotions and emotions create actions.
Wrong thoughts = wrong actions
Lots of guys spent multiple decades and 10k on diets, supplements, programs, and solutions that focused on the wrong problem.
Imagine your roof is broken and you’ve tried everything under the sun to fix it.
You’ve tried calling the plumber, the landscaper, the painter, and the mailman.
No one has been able to help.
The truth is until you call the roofing guy, your roof will stay broken.
But that doesn’t mean there’s something inherently wrong with your roof, or that it’s unfixable.
You’ve just been using approaches and professionals that were never going to work anyway.
Even if you invested in the best plumber in the state, your roof will stay broken until you bring in the roof guy.
Most businessmen don’t realize this is exactly what they’re doing when they’re trying to solve their weight loss problem.
Usually, they’re using a broken system, or a solution that doesn’t match the problem correctly.
Example 1:. A 40-year-old Canadian business owner I worked with in June 2020 has spent over 15k on trainers etc. to lose weight. 6 years later he was still at the same weight. 242lbs. They worked on his form and push him through “Beast mode” workouts at the gym.
My question: Since when does that lead to long-term habits that help you lose fat, increase energy and boost testosterone. The form of your exercises is important, and so is training intensively, but since when is that alone enough to help you with all of the above?
Example 2: Most of the businessmen I work with have tried at least 5-10 diets before working with me. Some of them are so frustrated that they tell me “I’ve tried everything, what if nothing works?”
My questions: Firstly, does trying 5-10 different diets truly mean you’ve tried everything? Or does it mean that you tried the same thing (dieting) in different variations? (Keto, Carnivore, Intermittent Fasting, Whole 30 …) And second, even if you complete a diet perfectly, will that actually help you keep off the weight in the long run?
Example 3: A business owner had a personal trainer come to his house 3-5x a week to do workouts together. Yet he was feeling tired and foggy most of his days.
My question: Having a trainer come to your house can be great. But a personal trainer doesn’t fix your hormones, optimized your blood sugar levels to perform at work and get rid of the brain fog.
Let me ask you this …
What if nothing was ever wrong with you?
What if the system you used was broken, not you?
What if, with the right system, you’re 100% capable of fixing this problem?
If your brain can be trained into following a certain habit that already gives you insight that it’s possible to stick to something.
Think about brushing your teeth.
You didn’t do a 75-day challenge for that.
Because your parents or whoever showed you how to brush your teeth knew that doesn’t lead to long-term habits.
The proof is right there in front of your eyes.
You’re a powerful creator already.
Your brain isn’t the problem.
It’s not that you’re too busy or too old either.
Many programs you may have tried are great in their own unique way.
And they work great for some people.
But from my experience it’s not what works great or what doesn’t …
It’s what works for your hormones and lifestyle – and what doesn’t.
And most programs only look at the surface level data, such as your body shape or the scale weight.
The key is to look under your hub first with an advanced blood panel.
This gives us the exact data on the most important hormones and health markers in your body.

Once we have those, we know what’s going on.
It might be a blood sugar issue.
It might be low testosterone.
It might be your thyroid.
Or it might be a combination of various hormones that are out of balance.
But you can't just follow a program that tells you to “eat less carbs” or “exercise more”.
It's just not true.
That's not scientific.
Consider this important key.
You have built a very successful business.
Imagine what you’re capable of when you used the right system for your health and body.
The right system means looking at your hormones first.
This gives you the raw data and helps us make the right decisions for your body.
Which is how I’m guessing you go to where you are today in your business – using the right data to optimize.
When you practice something new, the brain makes new connections.
Even if old habits exist, they fall away as you continue to take action on your new practices.
Any committed and coachable person can do this.
People aren’t broken.
It’s the systems that they were using before that are broken ― or they were simply a mismatch.
The examples I talked about earlier are all examples of mismatches.
If you’re looking for a system to help you, or to hire someone to coach you, make sure their solution matches your problem.
I do this all the time.
When someone reaches out to join the Kinetic Method, I always take the time to make sure it’s a match before I enroll anyone.
It’s not because I try to exclude people, but because I know that in order for my system to work successfully for somebody, they need to have the exact challenges that I solve.
Here are some examples of that:
- They need to have already tried other things for some time, such as dieting, personal trainers, or meal plans, without long-term success.
- They already know for a fact that using willpower (trying to eat 100% healthy) doesn’t work for them long-term.
- They don’t believe they can fix it themselves ― they’ve already been researching solutions for a number of years, trying to fix it on their own.
- They know that fixing this problem will deeply and meaningfully improve their life. They’re constantly feeling self-conscious about their body and know getting back into shape will transform their life dramatically.
- They have proof that they’re capable of achieving success in other areas (like in career, relationships, finances, etc). This shows me that you understand success is a process and not an event.
- They want to live the rest of their life without dieting or becoming a gym rat. Their biggest value is freedom.
We practice this every day.
If someone doesn’t meet my criteria to work with me intensively, I kindly direct them elsewhere.
And while it would be great to help everybody, I know I’m designed to help a very specific type of man with a very specific problem and result in mind.
I don’t want to be the plumber trying to fix the roof for you!
I wish all professionals operated this way, but they don’t.
That means it’s your responsibility to make sure that when you’re investing yourself in a solution, it matches the actual problem you have, and will lead to the results you want.
Otherwise, it will lead to more frustration and feelings of self doubt and uncertainty - even if you followed their program perfectly.
But even then, that doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It just means the right solution is still waiting for you.
