Asking is action and action is giving you what you asked for.
I performed at an event recently to speak to an audience about my journey so far. Basically we made a progressive quantum leap in regards to our business service and value, which essentially means revenue generated and growth. We as a business weren't asking for what we are worth and therefore weren't getting it.
So, we asked and people started saying YES! Simple of course but not always easy.
We believed we had something unique and extraordinary but internally we lacked the belief to ask for what we wanted and naturally did not even get close to what we wanted.
"If you want something you must ask for it or nobody will ever know to give it to you."
Most people in business believe they need the extra systems, strategies and resources first before achieving a specific revenue target but truthfully they just need a paying client. A paying client is directly aligned with the amount of revenue you make, so you need to ask a client to pay you. You need to ask someone to put you in front of your ideal client, you need to ask someone to connect you with someone that knows your ideal target market.

Ask, ask and ask again for what you want.
By simplifying the entire process and working on what matters most (what you truly want) you now have a stern focus on the priority objective which eliminates all other distractions. Zero distractions means everything you do is leading to your most important outcome and probability tells us that 'outcome' will be exactly what you want to achieve OR at the very least very close to it.
It's a win-win scenario for you and your business growth.
In a nutshell, figure out what you truly want and ASK FOR IT! Focus on only the priority actions that align to what you truly want and eliminate all other distractions. Asking will take you to your next question.
