You're charging $300 per month and how are you standing out?
Dude you're no different. You're going to get word of mouth clients and then plateau.
Ads? When your lead cost in 2024 is at $150? If you're good you should close 1/3 clients. That's a loss.
Organic traffic? That's the way to get to a decent recurring revenue after like 7 years, you're boring.
I mean, you can continue reading and just apply it if you're cool waiting 7 years to get results.
But let's start with this. What are you even charging $300 for? I hope it's not your time, because you would be stupid and get limited very quick.
Careful with bargain hunters, they will steal all of your time.
Make your time resources a priority for you.
Then charging $300 per month for what? Using your fitness app?

I've spent over $1 million dollars from my own pocket, for my own business on Google Ads alone in the years of 2010 and 2018. And I'm telling you that this is the only way to grow fast.
Even when starting out.
How? Well, don't be another boring dude that doesn't get this and just wants to drive a lambo like other fitness coaches that flex it on Instagram.
People care less about you, your offer, and your another stupid game changing fitness offer. Sheesh.
You need to get hit with a hammer.
If you actually want to be time free and make a bank with fitness, you gotta charge premium for an offer that's actually worth it.
Offer 3x $1500 for 3 months or $4000 deal. Read.
If you're experienced you know this already, but perhaps haven't moved forward yet. If you're non experienced you're thinking: who's gonna pay for it?
Well, if you're targeting janitors with a protein shake in hand who visit gym after every work day or before it, keep doing it.
But you'll sooner need to be one of them waking up at 4 am, than you will actually get clients.
People pay $45000 just to show off in their new or even second-hand car. They will pay $4500 for your coaching, yes, they will and you gotta believe it.
Stop overthinking how can you even ask for this much.
But you gotta back this up first.

Now, here goes your solution, but not an offer yet.
You will help them to get back on feet, waking up every single day with a smile. That's what they want. And it's priceless for them. Priceless. They need someone to help them, otherwise they would do it by themselves long time ago.

Don't tell them pay me $4500 and I got you. Are you serious?
Show how you will make it happen, back it up with client results and testimonials, and be genuine about their problem.
Their specific problem.
Remember, you're going to charge $4500 or $4000 at least, so you have to prove that you understand, can help, and care.

They will find a way to pay you, but you gotta be flexible.
Help them to fix the problem, and help them to pay you. If you can't charge $4000 today, charge $1500 today and for the next 2 months, or whatever and however the f*ck you want to charge. It's really up to you.
Now you got your first client, and you gotta keep going with next ones.
