IN BUCHANAN V. BUCHANAN, 42 FLW D2001A (Fla. 1st DCA) in case no. 1D16-4492 in an opinion filed on September 13, 2017, Order requiring Husband’s LLC to pay wife stipend as temporary spousal support reversed and remanded with directions to make findings of Wife’s need and husband’s ability to pay and finding court without jurisdiction to order Husband’s LLC to continue to pay Wife weekly stipend where she performed no work for the company and Husband’s company has not been joined as a party to the dissolution action.
