Responsibilities:

??????????? Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and environments to ensure compatibility and readiness for implementation.

??????????? Configure and customize the software/product according to client specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

??????????? Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on the usage, functionalities, and maintenance of the implemented solution.

??????????? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the implementation process, coordinating with the development and support teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

??????????? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

??????????? Proficiency in assessing and analyzing systems for compatibility and readiness.

??????????? Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

??????????? Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions efficiently.

??????????? Focusing on timelines and deliverables.

??????????? Technical acumen with a good understanding of software/product functionalities.

??????????? Good knowledge in databases, and troubleshoot database integrations for software implementations.

Training:

You will be trained for 1-3 Months on the implementation process and the Product's features and modules.
