Position Overview

• Role: Junior Estates Law Clerk
• Location: Milton, ON
• Starting Salary: $45,000+

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience in estate law. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
• Organizing and managing case files and client records
• Supporting senior clerks and attorneys with case preparation and client communications
• Performing legal research and ensuring document accuracy
• Gaining exposure to various aspects of estate planning and administration

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience: 6+ months of experience in a legal support role, ideally in estate law
• Education: Law Clerk diploma or equivalent training

• Attributes: Eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team setting
