Leading ecommerce software provider looking for bright Junior Business Analysts with 1-2 years ecommerce, agile experience to train up into leading eCommerce Business Consultants working with the last agile methods and state of the art eCommerce platforms, headless commerce, SaaS ecommerce platforms and Cloud based Order Management Systems

Excellent opportunity to work with world’s leading retailers, telecoms companies and consumer products companies.  Any experience of the following considered along with strong business acumen, desire and passion to learn and work in fast, dynamic eCommerce sector.  

• customer-facing eCommerce development environment 
• omnichannel experience with global brand eCommerce retailers and global consumer products companies
• Agile methods for requirements gathering, analysis, design
• ·Ability to facilitate workshops to define requirements and use cases
• OMS systems ie. netsuite, Sterling OMS, Fluent 
• eCommerce systems, Hybris, SFCC, Commercetools, BigCommerce, elastic path, magento, oracle commerce 
• describe complex business process issues at varying levels dependent on the audience, using formal business process mapping techniques
• business analysis and consultative skills
• ability to present specialist knowledge in understanding of the principles of analysing and anticipating sources of risk
• ability to deliver detailed functional specifications to solve customer issues and meet customer business requirements
