June — Northern summers, southern winters
We’re 6 months into 2024. This is the time to revisit those resolutions, and maybe give em another go. It’s a good time to reset, rethink and recharge in so many ways. Naaah? Let me persuade you further; June is the beginning of Summer in the Northern hemisphere, with the most hours of daylight, and the opposite for the southern hemisphere. What better way to get that resolution list out and start ticking off things on your list? It’s a time reset! Tell me what your new goals are. Mine? I want to start doing more cold showers and calorie counting from today. ??
