In the dynamic #FlutterCommunity, June was packed with exciting news and events. At Somnio in the Loop, we're dedicated to bringing you the latest updates each month. Without further ado, let's dive straight into the highlights!

?? Some technical news:?

Flutter 3.8 was released, and it includes a number of new features and improvements, such as:

• A new rendering engine for iOS that improves performance and battery life.
• Enhanced support for Material 3 and iOS-style widgets.
• Revamped support for internationalization.
• Background processing improvements.

Flutter 3.9 beta was also released with new features and advances, including:

• Support for Material You color extraction.
• New APIs for working with lists and tables.
• Improvements to the internationalization support.
• Bug fixes and performance improvements.

In addition to these releases, there were also other technical news:

• The release of the Flutter 3.8 cheat sheet.
• The announcement of the Flutter 3.9 roadmap.
• The publication of a number of new Flutter tutorials and articles.
• The release of a number of new Flutter plugins and libraries.

• New community events were announced during this month, such as the Flutter Croatia conference and the Flutter&Friends event in Stockholm, Sweden.?
• Fluttercon is starting tomorrow and, as one of the biggest Flutter events, there are incredible speakers & workshops announced. Our CTO, Gianfranco Papa , will be attending as a speaker talking about “Powering your Flutter Apps with gRPC”. And Mauricio Pastorini , our CEO, will also be attending the event to exchange ideas and share insights with fellow flutterists.?

• The Flutter team released the results of their annual Flutter Community Survey 2023, and it found that Flutter is continuing to grow in popularity, with over 70% of respondents saying they are using Flutter for two or more platforms.

• On the 25th we celebrated our 4th anniversary, shared a delicious cake, and looked back on all our remarkable achievements as a team. We are now anxiously awaiting the party we are having in August with the whole Latam team ??

• We were partners at Collision Conf , one of the biggest tech events hosted in Toronto, Canada! Our traveling Somniers: Mauricio Pastorini (CEO), Martín Michelini (COO), Lucía Sánchez-León (MM), and Candela Ramos (SDR) had the opportunity to exchange ideas, talk about our multiplatform apps with #Flutter, and meet some amazing people.??
