Hi, I’m Sarah Hamilton-Gill. I’m an experienced entrepreneur and HR Consultant with over 30 years in the industry and throughout my career I've had the privilege of working with over 400 companies and been recognised through prestigious awards, including being awarded HR Consultancy of the Year (2020) by Business and Industry Today in the UK, for the success and achievements of my HR Consultancy business, Globus HR Consulting Ltd.

My journey has not been without its challenges though. As a single mother of two boys, I fully understand the delicate art of balancing a demanding career with parenting. This is why a few years back I launched ‘Leap into HR Consulting’ which seeks to help other HR professionals to achieve the flexibility and freedom that comes with being a consultant and to empower them to create a lifestyle they truly enjoy, that aligns with their desires and that rewards their hard work.?

As well as my book, my podcast, aptly named the ‘Leap into HR Consulting Podcast’ continues to gain popularity and now reach audiences globally. With over 900 monthly listens and listeners from 50 countries, it is incredible to see the impact it is making.?

I set out on my journey in HR Consulting when the workplace was very different. As it has evolved, so have I and my business and to still be working in this field and now, sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and giving them the skills and capability to grow their own successful HR consulting business, is an absolute joy. When I look back over my career, I feel hugely proud of what I’ve achieved, and what my clients have achieved too.?
