Neopanamax locks: Non-Booked waiting times has increase 1 day (average) for Neopanamax (both directions) and Southbound Panamax Plus.

Panamax Locks: Improvement of 1 day (average) waiting times for Non-Booked Regulars and Southbound Supers whilst Northbound Super's waiting times remain steady.
