Good health goes beyond eating the right meal or keeping to your dietary supplements regularly. There are hygienic practices that also adds to our definition of maintaining good health and some of them are:

Always keep your environment tidy: An unkempt environment can serve as a breeding ground for insects and parasites that are carriers of one form of infection or another. They could also perch or eat into our food and this is totally unhealthy. A tidy environment also makes you have good mental health as well because you enjoy a great level of calm and serenity.

Proper waste disposal: Disposing waste especially if it is one that is done outside our home should be carried out properly. Ensure to not throw away trash without properly placing into the dustbin which is often provided. Do close properly afterwards to avoid bad odour from combusting waste and flying insects that can create a disturbing environment.

Wash your hand properly: Getting the hands rinsed in running water may not be enough to get rid of germs which may have been contacted from our various activities during the day. Even before shower, wash your hands as soon as you are indoors and ensure to use soap and clean water.

Drink Clean, Eat Healthy: Always drink good water from reliable sources and ensure that water is your most frequent drink, alongside natural blends like fruit juice, and smoothies before any other. You should also eat clean by observing properly cooked meals which should be rich in protein and vegetables. Adding fruits to your diet is a good way to go as well.

Take your bath regularly: Shower should be taken at least twice daily. You should also ensure to brush your teeth twice daily as well.

Maintain Personal cleanliness by wearing neat and scented clothes that best suites your different activity and engagement. For example you cannot wear a dirty jeans to the gym house as it will look off and might cause you some skin injury if you attempt to joggle on them.
