TikTok has entered the arena again with "Whee," a new photo-sharing app designed to foster connections among close friends through spontaneous moments. It's meant to be a space where you can be yourself and share spontaneous moments. Unlike TikTok, which is focused on videos, Whee is all about photos. Whee is available in a dozen countries excluding the UAE. UAE users can download the app, but won't be able to log in.
