BCI's Roger Miksad sat down with Utility Dive contributing editor Herman Trabish to discuss Miksad’s journey to BCI, BCI’s 100 year anniversary, and energy storage advocacy.

They also discussed the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) recent $5 million grant to BCI to partner with national labs and create a consortium for studying the use of lead batteries in long duration storage, and more. Check out the full podcast.

?? Samantha Young and Natalie Aaron elected as Co-chairs of BCI’s Sustainability Subcommittee

Natalie A. is an EHS Specialist at EnerSys ' corporate offices, focusing on collecting sustainability and energy data from global facilities. She has proudly represented EnerSys in the U.S. Department of Energy's Better Plants Program, contributing to two award wins.

Samantha Young , ESG Reporting and Disclosure Lead, joined Clarios in November 2019 and leads the sustainability reporting and disclosure process including managing information collection. She is also a member of the Clarios Sustainability Center of Excellence.?

?? ENTEK announces promotions of Ankur Singh and Rajneesh Singh

ENTEK International announced the promotion of Ankur Singh to the position of India Country Manager for lead and lithium separators. In this role, Ankur will lead ENTEK’s strategic alignment with key customers and market development initiatives for both lead and lithium separators.

Rajneesh Singh has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager of Middle East, Africa, and SAARC.?Rajneesh has stepped up to take on additional market responsibilities in Africa and the Middle East to support ENTEK’s growing reach in markets around the world.
