? Natural responses: Engages in intelligent conversations to understand customer intent and solve problems.
? Quick setup: Activates in minutes with out-of-the-box templates and low-code builder for custom actions.
? Cross-channel: Supports various channels like WhatsApp and SMS, and handles text, images, video, and audio.
Currently in pilot, it will be available later this year with easy setup and pre-built templates.
LWC decorators
We’ve explained 3 LWC decorators with examples:?
1. @api
? The @api decorator makes a property or method accessible to the parent component. This means the parent can use the property or call the method.
2. @wire
? The @wire decorator connects a property or function in your JavaScript controller to an Apex method, enabling automatic data retrieval.
3. @track
? The @track decorator is used to make properties reactive, which means changes to these properties will automatically update the component's rendering.
