Meet Alex Loper, Co-owner of Loper Machine

A Side Hustle Turned to Full Time Business

Loper Machine, LLC, an aerospace job shop based in Edgewood, Maryland, was founded by Alex Loper and Kevin Smolenski in 2017. For Alex, this was a part-time shift that he would dedicate his evenings to after working his 9 to 5 day job. As the team persisted through the beginnings of starting a new job shop, the growth of customers allowed for them to go all in.?

Now with an increase in team members, machines, and credibility, the Loper team had to find ways to organize their productions and orders. Alex's plan is to bring in new technology to the shop to move Loper Machine forward.?
