On July 26, we announced the departure of our CEO Susan Rann ?after five years of exceptional service in her role.
While we are saddened to see Susan leave, we are eternally grateful to her for all that has been achieved under her leadership and the significant impact she has had on our people, products, and culture.
We are pleased to announce? Jake Ranson as our new CEO. With 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jake brings a deep knowledge of our sector along with a track record of delivering positive customer outcomes.
Jake said: “I’m passionate about the ways in which well-designed products and journeys enable customers to pursue their financial objectives. So, I am very excited to have been appointed as CEO of Paylink which has a wealth of current strengths and exciting future plans in this area."
We’re supporting clients at free debt advice provider PayPlan by helping them move away from traditional card payments and towards Pay by Bank – a more secure, convenient, and cost-effective method of payment.
