With hybrid and fully remote workplaces seemingly commonplace now, organizations large and small are struggling to prevent staff disengagement and Zoom "burnout". NPN board member and executive coach Margo Kelly shares a recent Harvard Business Review article, Hybrid Work Has Changed Meetings Forever,?in which authors Mike Tolliver and Jonathan Sass of digital collaboration platform Vyopta report on their analysis of data tracking virtual meetings.
