1. Easy Schedule Adjustments??

Caregiver running late? No worries! Now agencies can easily adjust the start and end times for all following schedules in just a few clicks.??

2. Retroactive Clock-In/Clock-Out??

Caregivers can now retroactively clock in/out for past shifts via the mobile app or portal. Note: They must be at the client’s location. Enable this feature in office settings!??

3. More Room for Notes??

Got more to say? We’ve expanded the note section to 8000 characters for clock-in/clock-out. This is available on both the agency portal and app.??

4. .iCS Calendar Export??

Keep track of your schedule by exporting it as an .ics file. Import it into Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app you love. This feature is available for clients, caregivers, and staff.???

5. Mobile App Updates??

? Meeting Types: Quickly identify meeting types with new labels on each card.??

? Notifications: Stay updated with the new bell icon alerts.??

???? Reporting Updates?

We've enhanced our reporting features to provide you with greater insights and control. The Payment Summary Report now allows you to multi-select client types for precise data retrieval. The Accounting Reports have been updated with new Payer Type and Payer filters, enabling detailed financial tracking. The Billing History Report lets you track total SMS counts, clients billed, and more from January 2024 onwards. Lastly, the Rest Break Report now includes a new multi-select Territory filter, allowing you to easily filter caregivers by their assigned territory.?

CareSmartz360 now integrates seamlessly with PROMISe Clearing House (PA) and Georgia Medicaid (GAMMIS) for EDI file generation.?
