Both Birna Dr?fn Birgisdóttir , creativity specialist and co-founder of the brainstorming tool Bulby, ?and Dr. Vrnda ‘V’ Boykin , organizational leadership, learning and development, GTM enablement, equity leader, and keynote speaker,?emphasized the importance of creating inclusive environments that support underrepresented groups in leadership roles. They also discussed how achieving gender balance and diversity is about fairness, talked about leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovation and success, highlighted the vital role of mentorship and supportive networks in helping individuals reach leadership positions, and addressed the responsibility of organizations in fostering a culture that values diversity.
