Monthly learning tip?

While every career path is unique, learning from the experience of others is an excellent resource for finding success (and happiness) in your career. Here are just a few examples:?

  • Find a mentor.?Mentors can help provide career advice, deep knowledge about their field, or offer objective feedback that doesn't have an impact on your career. Many organizations have formal mentorship programs, but you can also find your own by asking someone you know and respect or through local or online programs.?
  • Have an informational interview. Whether you want to better understand a role you're interested in applying for, the dynamics of a team or organization, or just want to better understand what a job entails, asking for an informational interview is an easy, low-risk way to learn and foster new connections.??
  • For specific questions, ask experts!?We've got?tons of ways?to connect with technical and learning experts on Microsoft Learn—try our?Community hub,?Q&A, and?Learning Rooms--or you can leverage your network by asking a senior member of your team, or a former colleague or classmate.?
