During the holiday season, we are taking the opportunity to launch more materials on our?Lean Learning Journey ?online platform. Management?System?materials have recently been added. There is both a teach poster and a facilitation guide available.?We?now have over 20 courses online so it makes sense to?subscribe ?rather than purchase everything?individually!?You?have given us great feedback on what you like as well as ideas for improvements we can make. Please keep the thoughts and ideas coming in.
Our Sharing value stream has moved?into over-drive this month. We are finishing the?design, structure and content for the 2022 Lean Summit as well as planning some new experiments for the Lean Enterprise Academy YouTube channel - something we included in this year's?hoshin?plan. Be sure to take a look at the?video with John Shook ?we have?recently?uploaded.
Finally, do take a look at our?blog . There are 9 blog articles so far in 2022 on a variety of topics ranging from?lean?fundamentals ?to the?Seven mistakes with Lean Transformations ?to?Lean Learning, Learning Lean ?with partner?organisations. 2 年Se?ores de Lean Enterprise. Buenos días. Soy consultor en Lean Sigma en Colombia Acabo de escribir un ibro que se llama "Lo que un Gerente debe saber del OEE." Este es un tema muy solicitado por las gerencias de las plantas de manufactura. Además, empezaré a escribir el documento " DYLSC, Design Your Lean Supply Chain", está enfocado en dise?o del modelo para comprar las materias primas y para programar la planta de manufatura con enfoque Lean (Pull System). Este es otro de los temas más solicitados por los empresarios. Quisiera saber si podemos hacer una alianza en con su empresa al rededor de este par de temas. Yo los manejo bastante bien y sé que en Colombia Lean Institute Colombia no maneja estos temas tan importantes para apoyar a las empresas. Yo he abordado las metodologías de Lean Manufacturing (VSM, SMED, TPM, Standard Work, 5S, Pull Systen Pokayoke, Cellular Manufacturing...) y DMAIC con todas sus herramientas estadísticas Control Chárter, correlations, CPk, ANOVA, R&R, DOE, AMEF.... pero me quedo corto de capacidad para atender las necesidades de las empresas y Cordialmente
