I’m Julie, a nonprofit marketing expert, mom, and wanna-be pastry chef.

My company, Connect360, is a nonprofit advertising and PSA placement agency.

One of the best parts about my job is being able to work with great causes such as the American Cancer Society, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Heifer International, Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, and many more!

I’m proud to say my clients receive great results with earned broadcast PSA media coverage.

But last year generated an even greater impact as our nonprofit clients started investing more into their digital advertising spend. In fact, in 2022 a client experienced a 451% increase in page views and a 1,015% surge in their texting service compared to 2021.

One area of growth last year was Streaming TV placements. Nonprofit ads streaming through apps, either on a Smart TV or through an over-the-top (OTT) device such as Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Xbox, and others, precisely targets your audiences and increases brand awareness.

This is great news because streaming TV viewers are 42% more likely to take action after seeing an ad as compared to traditional TV viewers.

To dig deeper into our digital results, we did an analysis so nonprofits can see what others are doing.

Here are some other top takeaways from 2022:?

  • Nonprofits purchased more CTV/streaming placements than any other advertising platform in 2022
  • Connect360 generated 13 million video views, a 55% increase from 2021 for our nonprofits video ads
  • Our nonprofit clients in total received over 34 million impressions, a 30% increase from 2021
