After thousands of conversations with family members, TOCCA mentioned the fear, anxiety and feeling of failure a parent has in seeking help for their child or employee and how it is overburdened with hard sales pitches while people are simply trying to understand the industry.  The company maintains that there needs to be change with a better solution.
