Juggling life to Success

First Newsletter let's do this blogging style. I'm Em Lovs, and I've been a leading woman in business since my youngest was little, and this is dedicated to all of you out there pulling your hair out to strive for success. I'm a lover of words, as much as create reels, visuals and generate vibrancy in my brand, it's words that get my juices overflowing with glee. Collecting stories, and helping others to create their live action life story of conquest, empowerment and growth in confidence is close to my heart.

I'm a woman of faith, God blesses us each with gifts, for me my gift has been one of being a story teller and prophetic. Gifted with public speaking, inter-twinning stories which have people sitting on the edges of their seats, illustrating thoughts with words. With this I find myself delving further and deeper into the world of business, as leader with compassion and "other people's goals centric". I never really worry about my goals, for my goal is you, your journey and your success, not my own. I reach out to the business blind, and help them to see, to those limping in business to heal and help them to walk again. The runners? Well the runners will find the finishing line themselves, quicker than I probably ever will. Why? Because I'm the helicopter Mum going crazy at Sport Days on the field, cheering the kid who fell over in the mud, to find the strength to get up and cross that finish line. I'm the leader pulling others to one side for a gentle whisper in the ear of how they can position themselves for success, rather than raucously laughing at the side lines at other's mistakes. Don't take me wrong, this makes me far from a push over, I'm a feisty, passion led person.

I was taken aback a few weeks ago when an amazing woman approached me about an amazing new business adventure. If anyone else would have approached me I would have kindly stated that I'm happy sitting where I am, in my comfort zone, coaching, cheerleading and team building. My ears pricked, an opportunity where I would have the ability to really make a huge difference in people's lives. The earnings, put me off, outlandish and way too overwhelming, certainly not for someone like me. Yet I jumped on, without hesitation as I could see the good this opportunity will bring to the world, particular with who the European CEO and UK and Ireland CEO's are, they too like me are people centric. An opportunity where the focus is entirely on the customers journey, their satisfaction and ability to make their retail therapy a group activity with friends rather than one of isolation. We've all had enough struggle and isolation over the last few years with COVID, now it's time to come together with humanity and stand for humanity. For all that humanity should be, striving to look after the world that was created for us and paying all the good will shown to us individually forwards to humanity.

The concept blew my mind, the idea of a better way to do business, an opportunity to focus my coaching skills with those who deserve an opportunity to grow. An opportunity in an emerging market which has seen growth of over 10,000% in the areas of the world it's already in. To be part of a massive movement to introduce the same ethics into the UK and Europe. To be a part of this I'm honoured. I'm honoured to be an elite founding leader in the market of social commerce. I'm honoured that you've read this first introductory newsletter, and I would be honoured if you continued to follow my story.

Growth comes from within, diamonds... are still diamonds whether they are in the rough or shining, their weight is the same.
