- I am a recruiter...
- I start to work when most of the people and school children returning to home.
- I go to work when the sun sets and I come back home before sun rises.
- I got a unique name "Owl"...As I work in the night, but I call myself a Bat Man.

Hunter:
o I have never worked in the IT Industry but I help others to work in the industry.
o I don't know what I will encounter once I start my sourcing.
o I get the best out of what I find.
o I get into the companies to find a matching talent and headhunt for the future need.
o I keep a close eye on my pipelined candidates and jobs to hunt them down at the right time.
o I am a Hunter.

Mother:
o I have to handle the candidate as if I am everything to that person and he is everything to me.
o I have to feed the updates to the client and the candidate.
o Sometimes I have to feed the answers to people which I want to hear.
o I celebrate the happiness with the candidate when I get an offer for him and feel bad with the candidate when gets rejected.
o I hold my words and monitor my feelings so that the candidate may not get hurt.
o I submit 2 candidates to 1 role knowing that I am able to get only one offer.
o Still I encourage the candidates to do the best.
o I always wish for the bright future of the candidate.
o I am a Mother.

CareTaker:
o From the beginning of the call, I take care and respect others’ time.
o I make sure I submit the resume within the TAT and with all the accurate details.
o I ask candidates about strengths & weakness | likes and dislikes.
o I always give the best possible rate or salary to keep the candidate happy.
o I am a Care Taker.

FBI Agent:
You know what! I am an Under Cover Agent! ….Seriously!
o I have to find out which resume is real and which one is fake by just looking at the softcopy on the screen.
o I have to find out which responsibilities from the resume are real or plagiarized by reading the resume.
o I have to verify the online profiles to match with the resume in order to check the authenticity.
o I have to verify the documents by me or with my other Under Cover Agents to see if these are original or doctored.
o I have to do reference check to verify if required.
o Sometimes I have to go for a live interrogation to check the authenticity if required.
o I have to arrange multiple calls with the candidate in order re-verify my decisions.
o I have to find a candidate once a job assigned to me…no matter what are the challenges.
o I have to look everything from a suspicious funnel. I don’t know but…that is my job. I am a FBI Agent…May be more than that.

Criminal:
o I get furious emails from the upper management if anything happens in this due course.
o I get scolded by the candidate if I couldn’t able to get any feedback from the client.
o I have to face the jury in the conference call.
o I always go by “Client is always Right”.
o I don’t play a blame game,
o Because I am a Criminal.

o I work hard to source candidates to break a new client.
o I help the Business Development Team to prove their-self.
o I help the jobseekers to land on a job.
o I help the client to close a tough position by working many hours or in the weekends.
o I don’t care of my sleep and food having on time, to keep everyone happy and prosper.
o I am a Savior.

o Sometimes I introduce candidates to my company who ends up as a client in the long run.
o I help the company to get a new client contract.
o I always keep an eye for new business in the market.

Copy Writer:
o I have to think from a Copy Writer’s brain while drafting an email to the candidate or to the client or to the manager.
o I am not good at drafting emails, still…
o I am not good at English, but still I have to do it no matter what.
o My email replies sucks, still….
o My emails are my bread and butter as it helps me reach out the candidates.
o I am a Copy Writer

Sales Agent:
o I must have product knowledge.
o I must have to research the market and the product.
o I have to sell my job and my company as well.
o For fulltime roles, I have to sell the client and their benefits.
o Once I close a candidate for submission, I have to sell the candidate to the client.
o I have to negotiate the rate/salary with the candidate to keep my company and the candidate happy.
o I have to walk with the candidate till he accepts the offer.
o I have to wait for the COMMISSIONS, till the end of the month.
o Sometimes I don’t even get commissions as I don’t reach the target but company makes the money.
o I am a Sales Agent.

o I have to predict if the candidate is going to take the interview or not.
o I have to predict if the candidate is going to accept the offer or not.
o I have to explain why the candidate has asked for more money at the time of offer.
o I have to explain why the candidate has rejected the offer after accepting it.
o I have to explain why the candidate did start the project after completing the paperwork.
o I have to explain why the client is making him work over time.
o I have to explain why the project ended in one month where it has to be for 1 year.
o I am an Astrologer/Fortune Teller.

o I have to take care of the day time personal activities and other household duties if required by sacrificing my sleep.
o I have to be focused and attentive and shouldn’t seep at work.

o I am the rookie of the year.
o I am a top performer of the year.
o I am a most valuable recruiter of the Quarter or Month.
o I get certificates and mementos.
o I celebrate in the office parties.
o I enjoy US holidays.
o I am the King or Queen of the organization.

o I sit most of the time on the chair, in the Air Conditioned room in front of the screen.
o I eat everything, I party; I eat junk food in the office parties.
o I go out for dinner with my friends in the Fridays.
o During weekend I spend time watching TV or Mobile.
o I go out to party again in the weekend nights.
o I always complain for not having enough time for workout.
o I always complain the night shift for my bad-health.
o I don’t realize…I am a Couch Potato.

o I end up with no submissions for multiple days.
o I won’t keep up my performance with the other team members.
o I couldn’t able to meet my target.
o I get into a mental depression.
o I don’t know what is happening with me.
o I think, I did everything right to the best of my possibilities.
o I don’t know why I am not able to make a submission.
o I don’t know why candidates are not replying to my emails.
o I am not able to generate revenue for the company.
o I am not able to keep myself or my company or my family happy.
o I am Useless

o I do everything possible to keep things moving and running.
o I take the beating and punishment.
o I accept criticism.
o I learn from the mistakes.
o I enjoy my job.

o Sometimes things go so wrong while doing my duty that I exposed to the radar and take a direct sniper hit…. Fired!
