Jugement, Praise & Rejection :

Definitely, when some adverse words are spoken against us it is extremely difficult to check our reactions & emotions. It is natural for an individual to spontaneously react.

Whereas, most of us would like to hear praise for self. It may be seen that most of the stars, irrespective they are political, sportsman or film stars love praise and love when they are prominently displayed like front page or centerfold or hoardings at prominent places. It is much important that they continue to do their good work and contributions in their own fields and not to work for such gimmicks. If not, they would feel insecure and also may affect their performance.

There is another dimension when we are neglected. How should we react? Should we get agitated? I should think that there is distinct advantage of being neglected as we could move with freedom, and hence choose to do our acts freely until they are morally and correct as per law of land. It is another dimension when we may be ignored & sometimes forgotten. But then when has to ask a question to self,” why I need to be recognized by others?”.

Even when we are most sensitive for the praise& appreciation we can learn to remain secure even when rejected, if that word is deleted from our vocabulary. It is the self who would never be ignored or rejected. We need to stand tall in our own eyes on true self-evaluation. That is the way forward. ??
