I am writing this article before I retire to my quarters…highly motivated and relaxed.....there is a reason for that...Jugaadu Kamlesh

It’s rightly said you may only succeed if you desire to succeed and such is the story of Kamlesh Nanasaheb Ghumare, aka Jugadu Kamlesh, who recently appeared on the Shark Tank India show with his partner Naru winning the hearts of the judges and viewers.

Jugaadu Kamlesh?appeared in the first season of?Shark Tank India. He received an investment from shark Peyush Bansal and a lot of love from the viewers of the show. How a guy from a remote village of Maharashtra went on to a show and began his entrepreneurial journey?is an inspiration for many.

What's so special about him?

Most of us has a habit of complaining about the every small problems in the life despite having so many amenities and comfort around us. Here is the person who worked relentlessly for 7 years to come out with the final product. He fought against all odds and reached to Shark tank which changed his life.

1)His perseverance goes a long way

2)Passion Is What Separates You From The Ordinary.Kamlesh's passion to make lives easy for Indian farmers is surely commendable

3)Clarity of thoughts in terms of what problem we want to solve. When Peyush asked him what he will do with 30 lacs rs. Kamlesh was very clear about his vision... he wants to make sure these products reach to all needy farmers

4)Positivity - In spite of rejection from 4 judges when Peyush asked how is he feeling when 4 judges said NO. Kamlesh answered calmly ...Very Good at least he reached all the way from village to this show

5) Know How To Present Yourself- In Spite of having of no formal business education he made it a point to introduced himself to all judges . They was hardly any fear in his eyes.Even if you have a great business idea, not knowing how to present yourself can turn the whole game around. If you aren't well prepared with all the facts, figures, plan etc and on top of that the way you present it is not upto the mark, especially the lack of confidence, then it may be the end of the road in your pursuit to crack the deal and fetch investors.

There is always a Jugaadu Kamlesh in each of us... It just that fear of failure....fear of rejection....a reluctance to go out of comfort zone.....habit of blaming others or situation for the problem rather than focusing on solving them .....is not allowing this Jugaadu Kamlesh to come out.

So let's be free ......and allow Jugaadu Kamlesh in each of us to come out!!!
