This book takes you back to the old west and all the struggles the people endured. How one man carved his horse ranch out of the elements that surrounded him. Coldiron was a true example of the old west and makes us wish we could have lived some part of it. I could hardly put it down and when I wasn't reading, the characters were always in my mind.
