What attracted you to our company and what made you choose us over other employers in the industry?

What attracted me to join Jua.ai over others in the industry were primarily two factors. Firstly, the caliber of the people here; the founders and the team consist of exceptionally brilliant individuals with a track record of success. It’s often said that to grow, one should surround themselves with people more skilled than themselves. I feel I’ve found such an environment at Jua.ai. Secondly, the uniqueness and significance of the problem we’re addressing is incredibly motivating. It’s not just about business; it’s about making a real, positive difference in the world. This combination of an inspiring team and a purposeful mission made Jua.ai stand out for me.

What values and beliefs do you think our company stands for, and how have you seen those values embodied in your work experience here?

Having worked at several organizations in the past, for the first time, it feels like the core values that a company stands for are actually being taken seriously and adopted. We foster a very transparent and open feedback culture also called “radical candor”, where literally everyone may provide feedback to each other regardless of rank or position, and it is well received. Because we believe it will make everyone ultimately better and help the overall purpose.
