Joyful Movement Can Transform

Joy can bring such great pleasure in the most mundane activities of the day like brushing your teeth, making coffee in the morning or driving to work. Now when you equate “Joy” with an activity like exercise or movement, this can become literally transformational.

Before you say, "I don't like to exercise", just think of the benefits you will be getting with regular exercise like better sleep, more flexibility, better mood and even sharper thinking. Wouldn't one say these benefits are worth something?
