In this case study, we’ll explore how a thorough Information Architecture (IA) redesign helped transform a prominent e-commerce platform, improving navigation, usability, and ultimately, user satisfaction.

Understanding Information Architecture

At its core, Information Architecture is about structure. It’s the blueprint that dictates how users find what they need.
