Throughout their lives, everyone has dreams of one kind or another. Some people have great success in achieving their goals, while others do not. Some people are caught in the middle, while others never consider this option. However, in this instance, we are not just discussing dreams; rather, the entire journey is what we are more interested in. We're concerned about the entire journey through the tunnel, but what precisely do we mean by that? Is that a goal? Is it the actual dream or the entire journey? Let's explore and delve further into it. By using the word "tunnel," we are alluding to the unknown route or journey we must take to get from one point to another. One way to think of it is as going through a period that leaves us feeling vulnerable and uncomfortable. To be more specific, the journey through the tunnel alludes to the journey toward our objectives, wishes, and dreams, or, if we comprehend it deeply, to the journey of life as a whole. Even though the tunnel may appear very long and gloomy from the inside, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, as we have always been taught. We don't like to consider what it means or how it applies to our lives, though.
The experience of going through the tunnel is quite comparable to starting a new endeavor, whether it be an endeavor in work, leisure, or even a new relationship. But generally speaking, we see all of these things as mountains of joy, fear, responsibility, risk of failure, and various other impossibilities. We are afraid of them because we just consider the outcome and become alarmed. We reject the idea of incremental development. We reject the idea of building our weaponry. Because of this, most people never start and remain trapped for the remainder of their lives, choosing instead to live a routinely monotonous existence. The main issue with us is that we lack intuition, knowledge of how everything is interconnected, and awareness of the straightforward reality of simple experiences. Although nothing is separate from us, we have a tendency to regard things as separate from ourselves. We have all the solutions since we are connected to everything. Even from our own successful examples, we don't seem to learn from history or examples from other cultures. We don't go too deeply into the causes of our own or others' success. Most of the time, we simply relax and take it all in, realizing that our achievement was the consequence of our diligence, sincerity, planning, and good fortune. We don't want to document the accomplishments and create a plan for the future. And the problem isn't that we want it or don't want it; rather, it's that we don't even realize that by beginning to document our successes, we may create a framework for the future.
We could establish this framework if we began to realize that every endeavor in life, whether it be personal or professional, is a journey through a tunnel that requires preparation before starting, staying in, and emerging from. The journey is made up of these components, and we must prepare for each component individually. There are no shortcuts for any phase of the journey, and every step is challenging. However, if we don't allow this process to penetrate our psyche and influence how we act deeply, it will only become more challenging. The first stage is to be ready to go into a tunnel or other place where the future is unknown. The second stage occurs when we must remain there for a period of time or for a particular reason, and finally, we must leave the tunnel once the task has been accomplished or after experiencing the journey.

For most people, beginning a new project or tunnel is a challenging and daunting step, but it's essential to get started, and all it takes is one of our actions. We might now wonder where our motivation, desire, or knowledge comes from, but the reality is that none of these things do. We bring an action only through action; we may be motivated or not, passionate or not, knowledgeable or not, but none of these factors come first, rather than our simple physical activation force to act. Action is the only thing that feeds everything further. We cannot keep waiting for external driving forces to always intervene and push us. As soon as we enter, we are on the trail and in the tunnel, where we must keep our place. It demands that we go forward despite the obstacles until we emerge from the tunnel in a highly positive state. Similar to this, we may make it simpler for ourselves to comprehend and advance in our lives if we begin viewing every practice, endeavor, project, relationship, and entire life journey in this way. By conditioning our thoughts to approach particular tasks or activities in this way, we can learn to do this until the entire journey comes naturally to us.
We can always adhere to some norms or principles during the entire process. The first is that any idea that we believe we can put into practice must be done so. A growth mindset and self-training can be helpful. Regardless of the quality we achieve, all we need to do is a start and complete. We shouldn't stress about how successfully this project should be finished. Our first goal must be to simply begin at least once, as this simple act of beginning can inspire us to continue. Once we start on this trip, we must set more manageable goals or begin breaking it up into smaller sections with increasing levels of detail. Our journey will be simpler as a result of this practice because we will be aware of what to do at each stop. While in the middle of the tunnel, it is expected that we will encounter numerous curves and twists in the darkness, as well as numerous new explorations. However, we shouldn't be afraid of the unexpected. Instead, we should keep going with the flow because every once in a while we are compelled to encounter numerous unexpected opportunities that can provide us with fresh guidance. And as we approach the light at the end of the tunnel and the conclusion of our endeavor, we must begin to plan our exit strategy so that we can leave it with objectivity and be prepared for any upcoming journeys. When we finish these trips down the many tunnels and begin to view all of our other endeavors and initiatives in this way, it is certain that each journey will change us every time.
