A Journey in Talent Acquisition: Embracing CRO Culture at Novotech

As I reflect on my journey, I have come to a significant decision that CRO is where I want to stay for the rest of my life. It all began three years ago when I worked with global pharmaceutical giants Pharamatek and Syneos Health. That's when I first became deeply attracted to Contract Research Organizations.

The culture at Novotech is incredibly unique, with a flexible working environment that encourages new ideas and concepts. I was drawn to the company's approach and knew I wanted to explore more about the CRO work culture. My ultimate goal was to relocate to a Bangalore-based CRO, and Novotech was the perfect fit for me.

I believe that working in a CRO will offer me opportunities to grow, learn, and contribute to the industry in meaningful ways. I'm excited about the journey ahead and grateful for the chance to be part of such a dynamic and innovative team.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, my primary responsibility is overseeing the India region's recruitment activity. Working with Novotech has been an excellent experience as it has allowed me to gain exposure to various departments such as Document Management, Biometrics, Drug Safety, Finance, IT, and more. My role involves handling the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

I am passionate about talking to candidates searching for new opportunities because it helps me gain insights into the current market trends and the expectations of job seekers. This, in turn, enables me to identify the best talent to meet the organisation's needs. Through my work, I strive to ensure every candidate has a positive experience and that Novotech continues attracting and retaining top talent.
