I am Annie Leib, CEO and Founder of Annie Leib, LLC and BREATH Framework, INC and in this week’s newsletter, I want to tell you about my company’s and my journey.?
No journey is a straight line and mine certainly is no exception.?
When I started coaching as my full-time job in 2020, I began as an individual soul coach— that’s the best way to describe it. I knew I had found my purpose which was guiding people to their soul center, a place of wholeness and core values alignment.?
BREATH Framework, a unique coaching modality was born. A vision and mission were constructed.?
As in life, we all evolve. And my company has evolved with me.?
We were believed in by some truly incredibly special senior executives and Fortune 500 companies. My mission was accepted and welcomed into the corporate world.?
Business grew.
And recently, I found the void. The gap. It was right where personal and professional development intersect, right where resilience and emotional agility meet in a leader’s journey.?
And this space was being ignored. Impact was lacking. And the companies and their people suffered.?
So we figured out that this type of coaching is what senior executives need. What they crave.?
We evolved, as did the BREATH Framework curriculum.?

So what’s this mean? What’s our goal and what has the outcome been so far??
Simple.?
Stronger, better leaders. Ones with purpose, who understand themselves and their essence. Senior executives who are aligned with their and their company's core values. Ones that make impact.?
Because when you take care of your people, your people take care of your business.?
So what’s next for us?
Expect a brand new website launch and digital product portfolio as an intro to the BREATH Framework modality.?
Expect our company to continue to grow and evolve while we expand our offering.?
