Journey....

A bottleneck was created as the road out of the platform was dug up. Everyone patiently moved out keeping proper distance between each other, that's how we should behave at a public place. Suddenly I felt the pressure of someone on my back. A young girl was literally pushing herself forward like she was in a hurry. I gave her way and everyone ahead of me did the same. Some grumbled too because each one wants to keep moving out fast. As I finally reached the road I found her smiling and talking on the mobile. Perhaps her problem was solved or was she habitual in being aggressive and non chalant. If we look closely at our life, some situations or people will put pressure on us to move on and move faster. Some people will walk along patiently giving us silent company. They may not directly aid our journey but some empathy and understanding always helps. Some people will be lost in their own world or fighting tough battles, we shouldn't add to their chaos and as far as possible try and understand. At times we ourselves may put pressures on others without realizing that it affects others, try to introspect often. It helps. Life is a beautiful journey, not everyone walks hand in hand but the ones who are around patiently, are worth the walk....like it feels walking beneath the trees on a hot summer afternoon.
