One of the most significant aspects of RSNA is the technology announcements that we get to make. It’s the launchpad for new innovative products and capabilities. And this year, like in the past, we will launch new things for sure.

How and why this happens so consistently with United Imaging has a strong basis in mindset and vision, which leads to efficient and focused R&D investment, all built on the foundation of a great mission: Equal Healthcare for All.

Mindset

We are a very aligned company, energized behind a few basic and clear phrases. We have a common mindset that is solidified around a Passion for Change. We come to work, with a commitment to, and a pride in, changing our industry. However, it isn’t change just for the sake of change, and it isn’t change on our terms. It is change focused on allowing our customers and their patients to perceive more, provide more and access more.

Vision

We have a clear vision to be a leader in innovation. And as we became a public company in 2022, we committed to take that capital investment and strengthen our portfolio and broaden our international footprint. Efficient and Focused R&D Investment

What I can say is that our vertical integration, and our fresh, bold and modern approach to innovation, are high-paced and accelerating. Building everything from the ground up means that we don’t have legacy architectures that need to be maintained, and we don’t have multiple platforms that constantly are out of sync. We can focus a high percentage of the money from our IPO and ongoing investments on new products, modalities and capabilities in a way that is efficient and responsible to those who invest in us.

A Great Mission

And back to the foundation, ultimately, we focus our investment dollars, our mental energy and all types of innovation on the mission of Equal Healthcare for All.

At RSNA, we will have “big bad machines” full of new AI features and other industry leading capabilities and specifications. But, if you look closely, I am sure you will see that these technological innovations are connected to business and service innovation. These other innovations make sure that the products we develop are both fit for an academic environment and are also available to patients and communities who traditionally do not have access to the industry’s leading technology.

So, yes, you should stop by our booth to experience the latest innovations, which will be fun to discuss.
