It is hard to be young; it is much easier to be old.?In order to go forward it is helpful to know where you have been.??This is often referred to as a life review.??

Enlightenment develops as we learn to become less resistive, judgmental, and attached to outcome.?We can feel our emotions while at the same time watching them unfold without resistance, judgment, or attachment to outcome.?This allows us to move through our fears rather than being controlled by them.?Our ability to view challenges as potential opportunities has become an important skill.
