- One day one of my known network contacted me and said “Being in Healthcare domain from last 10 years ,would you like to go ahead with Medical Sorting Project POC" I dint know -what it is , I only knew that I was bored of doing job ,wanted to do something different ,challenging ,with full of opportunity .He asked " i had no idea about this project. after some day of reading and going through the samples, I told Yes i can try.
- I had no idea ,how will it workout ,but it was in my destint to start Journey of Medical Document and Sorting , In 15 year of my career I had done only software development, Implementation and management. Initially when I started POC of this project, Client and my partner in USA told some tedious method to implement, as per their experience whatever they had seen . Being a good listener and follower ,I started following my client day and night .
- FIRST TRIAL – 200 Pages! too much of pressure , I did it , First trial and confirmation from client gave me confidence to go ahead , I just found a method to filter documents and executed 1000 pages .
- After getting fastest way of execution, I Started working on making a team ,which was a difficult task ,But I had got the project , manually we were able to sort almost 10-15 k pages a day in 48 hours, but we had to make it 24 hours , we developed the software with the help of my partner and later we were able to sort 30000 pages a day in 24 hours with good quality.
- But still we find flaws, We are working on enhancement of the software which will give us 100% quality.
- Currently my company Medrockers tech Pvt Ltd has 30 People working in this project and we are capable in execution of minimum 600000 pages per month within 24 hours delivery.
