Journey with me

As I start my PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and an emphasis on Coaching Psychology, I invite you to journey with me.

Some questions I hear: Why do I love learning so much? ... Aren't the three degrees I have enough?...and... (the best) don't I know what else to put on my walls?

Paulo Freire would say that, "knowledge emerges only through invention and reinvention, the restless, impatient, continuing, hopeful inquiry beings pursue with the world and with others.”  I am a lifelong learner- and it has changed me internally and improved my results for the organizations that I've had the privilege to work for.

I believe earnestly that learning, in all forms, changes you.

As we embark on this journey, from time to time I will post some insights in the hopes that these somehow help you or your organization. And I welcome you to send me ideas of what you would like to see more research or data on. I'll answer any questions that I can.

After all, we are all in this together and --isn't that what each day is a "hopeful inquiry" into what might happen next?
