The journey is ON..

Finally received the first DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) plaque and certificate, the milestone of any toastmaster journey.

For the knowledge of my non-toastmasters friends DTM is the highest educational award/honour in the toastmasters program

My journey started in 2016 with TCS Noida 7 toastmasters (then called TCS maitree toastmasters club). Met some amazing individuals there including my mentors Sathiyapriya Ramasamy, Tarun Bhargava, Vishal Soni, Akanksha Rathore, Geeta Nain and many more. They all helped and encouraged me to complete first competent communicator(CC) and competent leader (CL) certifications.

Afterwards I moved to District 11, Indiana in 2017 where I joined two clubs Pioneer 17 and Lilly Corp. Clubs. This really helped me accelerate my journey to DTM. This helped me to earn more than 5 educational award in just over 2 years to reach I learned so much from so many great toastmasters that it won't be possible to mention all but still some of them are @Nora Hovee, Mark Walton, Tom Daugherty, Warren Sherman, Meg Claxton, Jason Tharp, Robert and all the club members of Pioneer and Lilly Corp Club. 

Also D11 leadership had been so encouraging and helpful in me exploring beyond my club and area etc.

I was given the opportunity to be a Pathway guide so that I can help District 11 in adopting Pathways. Thank you Kristal A. Heffley, Nancy Deig, Serena Dove-Case, Angela Grimm, Alan Shaner, Lou Begnel, Jean Wolfe , Adelia Balanay Borders and others for showing trust in me.

Last but not the least my wife toastmaster Roli Srivastava who has been there always to encourage, motivate and constructively criticise me for my betterment.

I feel blessed and grateful to meet so many mentors, friends and support both in District 41 and District 11 toastmasters.

Toastmasters has helped me in improving my communication and leadership skills in so many ways that I won't be able to describe here.
