A journey from Participation to Contribution

It's been a privilege to be part of this amazing CXO Incubator community, where I have met truly inspiring individuals. This time, I had the honor of serving as a mentor, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative.

Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was part of this journey with me Rheaa A Deshpande Santosh Karthikeyan Viswanathan, Ph.D. Diwakar Chandan Sharma Tejeswini Rao Shilpi Kanoria Madhusudanan Srambikkal Anil Thombare Sembian Balasubramanian Hari Ram Nagpal Vijay Kulkarni Kiruthika Vijayakumar Raghunandan Sahu Mohan R V . Being with them during the class gave me completely different perspective and understanding of the session, special shoutout to the incredible team I mentored closely along with Krishna. Your approach and insights were truly impressive.

• Jeyashree kothai Alwan : Demonstrated how meticulous planning, when applied properly, can significantly enhance our well-being.
• Chandrakant Maheshwari : A perfect example of using logic to one's advantage.
• AK Nishad, PgMP, PMP : A Calm and Composed Individual who is neither competitive nor trying to emulate others. His inner comfort and self-assurance were deeply inspiring.
• Ravindranath Savali : Brought a crackling energy to the sessions, reminding the importance of enthusiasm and vigor. For Him literally even sky is not the limit.

This mentoring session wasn't just about guiding others; it was a learning experience for me as well. I realized the importance of balancing receiving, contributing, and participating. Learning the art of switching between these roles has been a profound lesson.

I also want to express my appreciation to the following individuals who made this journey memorable and competitive: Amol Kadam Preeti Muley , Nishant Kalyankar , Tushar Mohite , Amit Kumar , SUNIL FADTARE and of course, Krishna Reddy , in particular, has been incredibly easy to collaborate with, always willing to share his insights and never hesitating to contribute meaningfully.

Through this experience, I not only received valuable grooming and insights but also gained a deeper appreciation for the diverse perspectives and individuals within our community. The diversity and sense of Growth that this community fosters are truly remarkable.

Lastly, a big thank you to Radhika Balakrishnan, CXO Coach for creating a platform where we can all come together to contribute and grow. Your vision and dedication have made all of this possible.
