The journey of an entrepreneur – #1: Belief (1 min read)

Belief. 

I believed in the journey before any tangible evidence told me I should.  

The invisible bully, self-doubt, regularly confronted me. 

“You’re just a dreamer. You’re not going to make it.” 

My doubts were right: I am a dreamer.

This quality is the heartbeat of an entrepreneur. It drives me toward the vision of making a living doing the work I love.  

My doubts were wrong: I have made it.

Sometimes...just barely.

After more than 3-decades of navigating this beautifully complex journey, it's time to build community. A place where other dreamers can gather.  

You don't learn to be an entrepreneur by reading a book, watching a YouTube video, or attending a seminar.  

You learn by doing. Failing. Sweating. Believing. Adapting…and doing some more.  

That’s what this monthly series is about...journeying toward meaningful and profitable work.
