Since our inception about five years ago, we have had many learnings and exciting and memorable moments throughout our journey. The year 2022 had been a great year and we have crossed a few major milestones in 2022.

Some of our key milestones in 2022 are as follows:

i) We have moved-in our new office to the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur in Menara Sentral Vista which allows us to plan for expansion

ii) Our team size has increased. We have two talent acquisition specialists ( Nur Aisyah Halimy and @KalaiVani Ganesan joining our team. Like to thank our partner Husin Ahmad

iii) In terms of capability, we have successfully helped our clients to hire quite a number of niche talents(software and engineering talents) and C-level talents. We also helped our client to recruit in the Middle East and Singapore.

iv) Financially, the year 2022 has been a record year for us in Talent Hut.

v) We have very strong order books which we will strive to convert to cash. I will be sharing the

We have ambitious plans for the year 2023:

1. We are planning to strengthen our talent acquisition team. We are planning to recruit immediately two senior talent acquisition specialists:

• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Senior and C-level positions
• Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist- Technical Recruiter

Our overall plan is to recruit a total of 10 employees to support our company's business objectives.

1. Increase our processes deficiencies so that we are able to support our clients and candidates better.
