  • Time to Value (TtV): Calculate the speed at which customers realize benefits from our solutions, emphasizing rapid implementation and quick wins for customer businesses.

These metrics help quantify the value delivered to our customers and serve as critical indicators for ongoing improvement and alignment with customer needs. We leverage that to evaluate areas of improvement in our solutions.
