This initial investment laid the groundwork for what would become a revolutionary tool for professionals, allowing them to draft emails, reports, and messages efficiently. However, Michael and his team had to overcome skepticism regarding AI's ability to handle something as nuanced as writing, alongside the technical complexities of developing the product.
